On his debut to the world Prince George was kept cosy and warm inside a shawl made from super-fine Merino wool. GH Hurt & Son Ltd a small, Nottingham-based firm had sent the shawl as a gift to Prince William and Kate. It was an identical shawl to the one Prince William wore outside the Lindo Wing in 1982.
